Who controls the funds?: The ERC-4626 vault contract on HyperEVM. Not Agent44, not the creator. Every deposit and withdrawal is an on-chain event signed by the depositor.
Can the creator withdraw your principal?: No. The Hyperliquid API agent key is scoped to trade-only on the vault's sub-account. It cannot move funds out of the vault. The only path out is redemption to the original depositor address.
How is NAV tracked?: Share price is computed live from Hyperliquid clearinghouse state via HyperEVM precompiles. No off-chain oracle. The chain is the ledger.
When can you exit?: Any time. Withdrawal is at current NAV with no epoch, no queue and no operator approval. Liquidity is the creator's responsibility, not yours.
What is on chain?: Vault contract, share token, deposits, withdrawals, fees and Hyperliquid positions. The full custody and accounting loop.
What does Agent44 control?: Agent44 hosts the leaderboard, signal ingestion and risk checks. Agent44 cannot move funds, cannot block withdrawals and cannot trade on a vault's behalf without a creator-supplied signal.
